The staff were extraordinarily attentive, especially during my wife's cravings. Our memorable evening was enhanced by a saxophonist, thanks to Rashan's help in organizing. The local beach was a lovely escape, complete with breathtaking views.

The Deluxe Triple Room offered stunning lagoon views. Spacious and comfortable, it had all the necessary amenities. Pool area was wonderful, always clean with attentive lifeguards ensuring kids were safe. The food was not too shabby with a good buffet variety, even if some meals could use a bit more seasoning. Housekeeping ensured our room was cleaned twice a day, which kept everything fresh. Check-in could have been smoother. it felt quite chaotic. Fast room service, even when the resort was busy. Some staff members were incredibly warm, while a few seemed a bit overwhelmed.
